YASH Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support enterprise CRM systems. Ideal candidates will have experience with Salesforce configuration, particularly in Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.
Your role will involve performing root cause analysis, suggesting system enhancements, and leveraging knowledge of SQL and database queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and configure Salesforce enterprise CRM systems
• Analyze and resolve issues through root cause analysis
• Suggest optimizations and enhancements across systems
• Utilize ITSM tools effectively for ticket management
• Stay updated on technology trends relevant to software applications
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Salesforce and enterprise CRM systems
• Familiarity with various Salesforce clouds is advantageous
• Knowledge of ITSM/ticketing tools and methodologies
• Proficient in SQL and database queries
• Capable of delivering innovative solutions and optimizations
