Zafin seeks a skilled Technical Writer for AI Solutions to join our hybrid team.
Your role will involve crafting detailed documentation for our AIOS platform and regulatory banking environments.
As an experienced technical writer, you’ll create easy-to-understand guidance that supports engineers, product managers, and clients interacting with AI agents. You'll handle all aspects of documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the process. Your contributions will play a key role in client adoption rates and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive technical guides for various audiences
• Write release notes and compliance documentation
• Perform interviews to extract technical requirements
• Use tools like Camtasia for engaging visual content
• Maintain version-controlled documentation repositories
Requirements:
• 2-8+ years experience in technical writing
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong skills in documentation tools, including JIRA
• Familiarity with AI and banking documentation
• Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
