As a Secure-SDLC and Dev Sec Ops  Engineer at Marsh, you will lead efforts to enhance security measures throughout the development lifecycle. Leveraging over 5 years of experience, your expertise in security standards, tool assessments, and integration strategies will be critical in ensuring secure applications. This role emphasizes collaboration with development teams to maximize security without hampering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enhance Secure-SDLC frameworks and processes

• Select and assess application security tools and vendors

• Automate security scan integration into Dev Sec Ops  pipelines

• Keep documentation of Secure-SDLC clear and accessible

• Research industry trends to improve security measures

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Dev Sec Ops , Secure-SDLC experience

• Certifications such as CISSP or similar required

• Proficient in establishing security automation tools

• Familiarity with application security frameworks

• Experience in programming languages is a plus
