Must Haves:
1. 10+ years of hands-on experience performing business analysis for mission-critical (or business-critical) business services leading to modernization and transformation through information management and information technology.
2. 10+ years of experience delivering business analysis products and meeting deadlines in fast-paced and dynamic business environments with responsibility for multiple concurrent project deliverables and complex stakeholder relationships.
3. Experience leading and conducting business analysis in order to assess clients’ business problems/opportunities and technology needs. Experience conducting requirements gathering, and documenting the business requirements (functional, non-functional, volumetrics) in such a way that I&IT solutions can be sized and determined, especially solutions deployed to cloud environments or through Software as a Service (SaaS).
4. Experience developing sound frameworks, models, processes and templates for customer engagement, intake and requirements gathering and understanding business strategies, plans and needs, such as interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and mockups.
5. Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and demonstrated collaboration skills across diverse functional roles in business and IT.
