Senior Data Analyst for Life Insurance

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our Life Insurance operations. Reporting to the Head of Lead Management, you will analyze sales performance, develop dashboards, and generate insights to support customer retention and new market expansions. This role combines analytic expertise with a strong business focus to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales metrics and improve lead conversion rates

• Develop dashboards and scorecards for performance tracking

• Support sales strategy initiatives and forecast planning

• Provide insights to enhance sales organization growth

• Automate reporting processes for efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related fields

• 3+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence

• Experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services preferred

• Proficiency with Python, Power BI, or Tableau

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
