Join Aviso as a Security GRC Specialist, where your expertise in risk management and cybersecurity will impact our commitment to financial well-being across Canada. This role focuses on governance, risk assessment, and compliance in a supportive, innovative environment.

In this position, you will support the Security GRC team to govern risk management activities under the Director of Security Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Your role will involve conducting IT risk assessments, managing remediation plans, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll also help develop and maintain cybersecurity policies while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments on IT infrastructure and applications

• Track mitigation plans for timely resolution

• Assist in policy development for cybersecurity standards

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements

• Maintain compliance with third-party risk assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or related field

• 5-8 years of experience in IT risk or compliance

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO standards

• Familiarity with GRC tools and frameworks

• Fluent communication in English, French is a plus
