Reporting to the Lead IT, your role as IT Administrator involves managing daily IT operations and ensuring the security of organizational technology. This position demands extensive technical abilities as you monitor systems, manage vendor relationships, and prepare for future infrastructure needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee network troubleshooting and configuration

• Manage user accounts in Active Directory

• Develop cybersecurity policies and guidelines

• Create disaster recovery and business continuity plans

• Monitor project milestones and service management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant IT experience

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Microsoft cloud certification preferred

• Proven ability to communicate effectively

• Flexibility in project management and risk mitigation
