Performance Tester

Responsibilities

Define and implement performance testing strategies and methodologies.

Develop and execute performance test scripts using Load Runner and Neo Load.

Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.

Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, and Splunk to assess application performance.

Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in performance testing.

Drive adoption strategies for performance testing within the organization.

Strong hands-on experience with Load Runner and Neo Load.

Good understanding of performance testing methodologies and lifecycle.

Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) is a deal breaker.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in performance testing.
