Lead User Experience & Analytics Design

In this pivotal role, report directly to the Head of Technology Data Management, leading efforts to harmonize technology insights and business outcomes. Leverage your expertise to create intuitive dashboards and enhance user engagement with data products. Establish enterprise standards and best practices for reporting and user experience, ensuring tools align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define user experience strategies for data products and dashboards

• Lead the design of executive-level reporting solutions

• Develop consistency in reporting standards and practices

• Drive metrics for user engagement and satisfaction

• Facilitate stakeholder training and enablement activities

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years in business intelligence and user experience

• Proven experience with Power BI or similar tools

• Background in leading customer experience initiatives

• Strong understanding of data visualization principles

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
