Business Program Manager-Banking​/Executive Reporting

Are you an experienced Program Manager ready to lead large-scale digital asset initiatives?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for aBusiness Program Manager-Banking/Executive Reporting. This position involves partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic digital asset and emerging technology projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to delivery while maintaining excellent stakeholder communication and governance.

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Provide reliable executive reporting on project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and finances
• Establish and oversee governance processes to support project transparency and accountability
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Coordinate with various business and technical teams to deliver project milestones on time and within scope
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, adjusting plans as necessary to meet strategic goals
• Support the mobilization of large digital asset platform projects and other emerging initiatives

• 15+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives
• Proven success managing programs involving multiple work streams, stakeholders, and teams for over 10 years
• Extensive experience presenting to and supporting senior executives such as Managing Directors, SVPs, and VPs for over 10 years
• Strong background in executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight for more than 10 years
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• University Degree

• Experience in digital assets or blockchain technology
• Banking or financial services industry background
