Pay Rate: $60.00/hour

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will drive the end-to-end UX process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality digital solutions in an agile environment.

• Lead UX design from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research, workshops, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.
• Contribute to design systems and UX best practices.
• Present design recommendations to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience designing digital products within the financial services or banking industry.
• Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX research, accessibility, responsive design, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour
