Senior Systems Testing Specialist Agile

We are looking for an experienced Systems Testing / QA Specialist to oversee enterprise-level applications. You will develop and execute robust testing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Key skills include test planning, defect management, and strong automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide testing strategies, plans, tools selection, and resource planning

• Plan and execute testing for large-scale systems across GUI and non-GUI environments

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts

• Execute UAT, performance, load, and AODA testing

• Track and manage defects using ALM, JIRA, and Azure Dev Ops

Requirements:

• 5+ years in QA/testing within Agile/Dev Ops

• Strong manual testing background: systems, mobile, AODA, UAT

• Proven experience creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documents

• Hands-on experience in analyzing BRDs and defining test data

• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and UFT
