Hybrid Agile Project Manager

Join a dynamic team as a Hybrid Agile Project Manager in Toronto. This role emphasizes proactive project management, Agile best practices, and mentoring team members to ensure successful delivery.

For an initial 6-month contract, you will lead multiple Agile projects while working onsite in the Toronto office for three days each week. The position requires over seven years of project management experience, with at least five in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.

Your role will focus on managing day-to-day activities, tracking project progress, and facilitating critical Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple Agile projects effectively

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies

• Track project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables

• Identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in project management; 5 in Agile

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
