• Conduct requirements analysis with Squad and Product Owners

• Create and execute test cases for web and mobile applications

• Manage defect backlogs; document and prioritize findings

• Utilize ObservePoint for journey monitoring and validation

• Support production issues and contribute to financial reporting

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of QA experience in web and mobile environments

• Proficient with Adobe Analytics and QA tools like HP ALM

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and waterfall methodologies

• Strong analytical skills; ability to document and communicate issues

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
