Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain monitoring systems

• Diagnose incidents and restore service promptly

• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency

• Manage servers, networks, and cloud resources

• Plan for future capacity requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years in production support environments

• Strong Kubernetes experience, especially on Azure

• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting

• Familiarity with Chaos Engineering principles

• Experience in disaster recovery planning
