Join the Systems Support team on a 6-month contract at ILSC's Toronto Campus, dedicating 20 hours weekly. You will be the primary contact for resolving tech issues, logging service tickets, and managing technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve hardware and software issues for staff

• Log and escalate tickets via Service Desk

• Test and launch new hardware and software

• Act as a liaison during major incidents

• Maintain and improve technical documentation

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and macOS

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Strong customer satisfaction focus

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Organizational and prioritization skills
