Job Description

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems.

• Message Way / Seeburger experience would be an added advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of secure file transfer protocols, data integration, automation, and troubleshooting Message Way / Seeburger MFT processes.

• Experience working with Message Way / Seeburger MFT or similar managed file transfer solutions.

• Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols:

• SFTP

• FTPS

• HTTPS

• Experience in automating file transfer workflows and monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and data exchange solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong familiarity with Message Way / Seeburger configuration and file transfer management.

• Experience with:

• Linux/Unix environments

• Windows Server environments

• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation:

• Shell

• Python

• Power Shell

• Configured and maintained:

• SSH keys for secure partner connections

• PGP keys for encryption/decryption of sensitive files

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Message Way / Seeburger MFT software for secure file transfers.

• Configure and manage:

• Transfer flows

• Queues

• Channels

for seamless data exchange.

• Implement and enforce secure file transfer protocols, including:

• SFTP

• FTP

• FTPS

• Automate file transfer workflows using Message Way / Seeburger MFT automation tools.

• Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing:

• Logs

• Triggers

• Alerts

• Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams:

• IT

• Dev Ops

• Other technical teams

to ensure smooth file transfer operations.

• Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for:

• Configurations

• Workflows

• Troubleshooting procedures

• Perform Windows OS server patching, coordinate maintenance activities, and validate application functionality after OS patching.
