Senior Manager Security Operations

As a crucial member of the Information Security Team reporting to the AVP, you will ensure the integrity and availability of First National's information assets. You will lead the continuous improvement of security programs through your profound knowledge of architecture, vulnerability management, and incident response management. The role demands effective communication and at least 8 years of hands-on experience in security operations and system design across diverse infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain enterprise-grade security processes with IT stakeholders

• Monitor and assess potential risk to enterprise systems

• Prepare reports showcasing security posture to leadership

• Manage a team of security professionals

• Influence partners to align with security standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years in security operations and system design

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, security tools, and SOC operations

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred

• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework
