As part of the Value Management, Risk and Governance team, you will report to the Associate Director, AI and Information Governance. This position focuses on Enterprise Information Management initiatives and enhancing data governance programs. Your insights will help advance information management maturity and establish robust governance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support enterprise information management strategy and execution

• Implement information lifecycle management capabilities

• Manage retention and labeling in Microsoft 365 platforms

• Maintain enterprise policies and information architectures

• Provide user support for governance tools like Microsoft Purview

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Management or similar field

• 3+ years in information management and data governance

• Knowledge of records management and governance standards

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with governance tools like SharePoint and Informatica
