Director of Information Security Operations

Lead critical security initiatives at CPP Investments as the Director of Information Security Operations. Your expertise in vulnerability management and AI security operations will strengthen our cybersecurity framework.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will oversee the delivery of enterprise security operations while providing technical leadership across multiple domains. Collaborating closely with Technology & Data and business teams, you will enhance our cybersecurity posture and effectively manage evolving security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise security operations with a focus on vulnerability management

• Drive risk-based remediation across infrastructure and cloud

• Design and improve security detections and SOC processes

• Act as Incident Commander during cybersecurity incidents

• Conduct security operations audits and report findings

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years experience in information security

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent

• Professional security certification(s) preferred

• Strong technical knowledge of SIEM/XDR platforms

• Proven ability to communicate with technical and executive teams
