Your role includes leading requirements gathering, creating design documentation, and actively developing D365 CE systems for a growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client requirements gathering sessions

• Develop comprehensive design documentation

• Implement enhancements for D365 CE systems

• Collaborate with team members and vendors

• Serve as the primary resource for client interactions

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or related field

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred

• Experience with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services

• Familiarity with Field Service desired
