Role Description

We are seeking a full-time cybersecurity AI research engineer to join us on-site in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will design and implement AI models and solutions tailored to cybersecurity challenges, with a focus on advancing fields such as pattern recognition, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP) and latest Gen and agentic AI techniques. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing algorithms, conducting applied research, programming software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into cybersecurity initiatives.

This role combines research and application to address real-world security challenges with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in identifying and solving agentic security issues.
  • Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Proficiency in Computer Science principles and concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Software Development expertise, including coding and debugging
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an eagerness to stay ahead in the field of AI and security
