Senior Environment Manager for Enterprise Systems

Lead the management of vital environments as a Senior Environment Manager, ensuring stability and readiness across projects. Engage with multiple teams to guarantee availability and efficient operations.

In this critical role, you will oversee development, testing, and production environments while maintaining schedules and coordinating timely environment setup and refresh activities. You will partner closely with Release Managers and Dev Ops teams, ensuring deployments are ready and compliant, while also managing configuration changes and dependencies to support ongoing testing and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments

• Coordinate environment setup, cloning, and decommissioning

• Ensure deployment readiness and rollback plans are prepared

• Investigate and resolve environment outages promptly

• Maintain documentation of configuration and compliance standards

Requirements:

• 8-15 years managing enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in Release Management and Dev Ops

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce landscapes

• Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
