The role of a Junior Data Analytical Specialist/Scientist is crucial to support this initiative by providing insights using analytical tools and techniques. The team is focused on optimizing data capabilities to drive impactful and informed decisions.

• Develop and deliver analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with client groups to assess data analytics capabilities and future needs.
• Participate in the execution of analytics initiatives including reporting and data delivery.
• Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Design data processing methods to generate accurate models.
• Communicate analysis results with clear visuals and summaries.
• Facilitate documentation, testing, and user training processes.

• Experience integrating R Script into Microsoft Power BI.
• Skills in predictive analytics and dimensional data modelling.

The position requires working three days on-site and two days remotely. Public sector experience is preferred. The role is part of a fixed-term contract with potential extension.
