Xanadu is seeking a Manager, IT Audit and Compliance to join its finance and controls function in Toronto. Reporting to the VP - SOX and Internal Audit, you will lead internal audits, document and test ICFR controls, and advise process owners to close gaps and strengthen compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
You will collaborate with finance, IT and cross-functional teams, drive remediation plans, and present findings to senior leadership while helping Xanadu scale its control environment
