EQB is seeking a Modern Workplace Analyst Intern to support their innovative Modern Workplace team. This internship runs from September 2026 to December 2026. You will be responsible for optimizing user experience, managing endpoints, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with Digital Workspace Strategy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and manage physical endpoints using Intune
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop configuration and maintenance
• Assist in endpoint management policy configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure SLA compliance
• Automate processes using ITSM or scripting
Requirements:
• Pursuing post-secondary education in IT or related field
• Basic understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop
• Familiarity with Microsoft services and Intune
• Strong communication skills and independence
• Experience with Power Shell scripting is a plus
Engage with endpoint management and cloud solutions to enhance service delivery at EQB.
