Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an Agile team of 6 to 8 members

• Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives

• Serve as primary contact for technology and operations teams

• Oversee project schedules, risks, and executive reporting

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Project Management or Agile Delivery

• Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or related field
