The HIDI Group is on the lookout for an experienced IT Manager to oversee its technology environment across multiple Canadian offices. You will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting operational needs, and ensuring secure and scalable solutions. Collaborate with leadership while supervising the IT Technician for day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure management

• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives and system controls

• Plan and implement technology upgrades and migrations

• Supervise and mentor the IT Technician

• Develop IT policies and standards to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership

• Proficient in managing Microsoft environments and cloud services

• Knowledge in scripting tools like Power Shell and HTML

• Strong technical troubleshooting and project management skills
