Enhance AI and automation initiatives as a Senior Analyst at Canadian Tire, based in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform within the organization.

As the Senior Analyst reporting to the Director of AI Value Hub, you’ll leverage your experience in business analysis and technology transformation to execute and enable AI initiatives. Collaborate with diverse teams, design training programs, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to optimize processes and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery of grassroots and strategic AI initiatives

• Manage intake and coordination of automation projects

• Act as a liaison for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption

• Design and conduct training sessions and workshops

• Support Community of Practice growth and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in business analysis or program coordination

• Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
