Electric Mind in Toronto is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/BA to provide second-line support for product and planning enablement across multiple teams. The role mentors front-line members on moving intake, requirements, and stakeholder review into implementation planning, with outputs becoming epics, stories, Jira items, and QE-ready delivery increments.
The Senior BA will escalate when issues fall outside remit, while guiding teams on AI-enabled requirements and backlog workflows.
