IT Change Analyst

Position: IT Change Analyst at WestJet

West Jet is looking for an IT Change Analyst to support IT Service Management under the Sr. Service Manager. This role is central to maintaining ITIL best practices and improving service processes. You will handle Change Management processes while mitigating service impact and driving continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Change Management and compliance audits

• Conduct risk and impact assessments for changes

• Provide consistent and precise change process knowledge

• Manage documentation and ticketing for IT processes

• Develop runbooks and transition documents for operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field

• 2-3+ years of IT experience, with IT Change Management a plus

• ITIL Certification (V3 or V4)

• Strong proficiency with Service Now

• Excellent time management and documentation skills
