Senior Manager, Master Data Governance Strategy

Become the Senior Manager for Enterprise Master Data at Riverside Natural Foods and champion a robust data governance strategy that aligns with our business transformation goals.

As a key player in Riverside's digital transformation, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Master Data Governance to instill a culture of data ownership and accountability. This role requires you to align master data management with the wider goals of the organization, ensuring that our data is reliable, consistent, and in service of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of enterprise master data strategy

• Foster collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups

• Mentor a high-performing team in data governance practices

• Drive improvements through SAP data management systems

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• 7+ years in Master Data Management and data governance

• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with SAP MDG and S/4

HANA technology

• Preferred experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
