- 8-10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working on Pega Platform projects.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Application Operations Support / Production Support environments.
- Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
- Good understanding of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, and business process implementation.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification requirements.
