- Support planning, tracking, and execution of Murex TOM work streams, ensuring activities remain aligned to agreed timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and governance forums across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID registers, and status reporting artifacts.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and decision points, escalating issues to project leadership when required.
- Support preparation of governance materials, steering committee packs, and executive status reports.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely follow-up on commitments.
