Position: Payroll Implementation Consultant at Insight Global
Become an integral part of Insight Global as a Payroll Implementation Consultant for a major HCM client on a 9-month contract. Engage with clients, customize systems, and train users on the Payroll module.

The role focuses on implementing the Dayforce Payroll module, ensuring effective lifecycle participation and client engagement. You'll perform customized system configurations, validation, and manage training initiatives, supporting change management processes for seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire implementation lifecycle

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs

• Customize the Payroll module system settings

• Conduct thorough testing and validation processes

• Provide training and facilitate change management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Dayforce Payroll module

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• Excellent written skills for documentation

• Background in support and testing is a plus

• Ability to assist with detailed test case preparation
