We are currently exploring a contract opportunity for an Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Specialist to support operations within a large enterprise environment.

This role will focus primarily on monitoring and performance management across Oracle platforms using Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Responsibilities:

Monitor Oracle environments using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

Detect and identify performance issues across Oracle platforms.

Configure and manage alerts for unusual response times or system issues.

Support operational teams by identifying potential system problems early.

Assist with patching activities where required.

Requirements:

–+ years of experience working with Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) – required.

Experience monitoring performance, alerts, and system health in Oracle environments.

Experience working within large enterprise environments.

Success in the Role

The key objective of this role is to identify and report performance issues early, ensuring Oracle systems operate efficiently and potential problems are detected before impacting operations.
