Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:
  • Define IAM reporting criteria and methodology in alignment with the IAM governance framework.
  • Define a structured approach to issue management with an IAM specific lens and secure stakeholder engagement to secure and produce a successful closure package
  • Develop and maintain governance of metric reports. Monitor and present metrics to Executives, major stakeholders (including audit) on a regular basis to address any control gaps.
  • Provide leadership, strategic thinking/insights and clear direction on how to achieve maturity of controls within GIAM – this includes leading new initiatives related to IAM Governance.
  • Provide expertise on all aspects of IAM Governance including Cloud, Privileged Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Active Directory and more.
  • Provide input/feedback on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk in IAM Logical Access Control processes.
  • Create a positive work environment and empower the team to grow and excel.
  • Ensure that team/individual goals and performance objectives are measurable, obtainable and regularly re-enforced.
  • Support the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls.
  • Build relationships and work with various teams to build our governance model and ensure our controls are working effectively and aligned with our policies and standards.

  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, concepts, and best practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Security experience in Access Management or related field.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory security.
  • Good understanding of Cloud concepts and solutions (Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure).
  • Good understanding of Privileged Access Management.
  • Experience defining guidelines, processes and effective and efficient operational procedures.
  • Strong understanding and experience of reporting tools such as PowerBI.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple intake channels efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An Undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
  • Technical designation - considered an asset (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
  • Fluency in Spanish - considered an asset.
