Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: Months
Daily Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and manage Functional and Non-Function business requirements from key Stakeholders
Facilitate meetings with business and development teams
Facilitate meetings with Product Owner and Technology Delivery Team
Work with Technology Team to deliver data product enhancements
Perform data science analyses
Project Planning and Management
Create Low-res mockups of reports
Perform qualitative and quantitative UAT and UI validation against business requirements
Pull data from Teradata and MS SQL to validate business metric logic and aggregations against Tableau reporting
Manage French translations via rd-party vendor
Metric definition documentation
Prepare launch communications
Must have
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field
years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
years’ experience collecting and documenting business requirements
- years of experience on working with data/reporting projects
- years of experience with database and reporting tools ( Tableau, SQL)
- years’ experience with functional testing/data validation
- years project management (as an asset)
Nice to have skills:
- Years experience working for Financial Institutions with Commercial
CBAP certification
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Professional Scrum Certified
PMP Certification
Kanban training
Jira and Confluence Experience
Experience with Intelligent Design
Experience with webpage/graphic design
Working Experience in a Dev Ops environment
