Skills:

• Strong experience with Operative IBMS (BMS)

• Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, Billing)

• Hands-on SQL and database troubleshooting experience

• Experience in Helpdesk / EUC support environments

• Familiarity with Service Now, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools

• Understanding of infrastructure and EUC environments (VDI, VPN, etc.)

• Experience with system integrations and reporting tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Operative IBMS (BMS)

• Troubleshoot issues across Scheduling, Ad Sales, Traffic, and Billing modules

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools

• Perform SQL-based data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Investigate system integration issues and data inconsistencies

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA compliance

• Manage user access, configurations, and minor system enhancements

• Collaborate with Sales, Traffic, Finance, and Technical teams to support business operations
