Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Principal, Cybersecurity Engineering, to lead complex engineering efforts and guide security decision-making across the organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, business acumen, and mentorship, and playing a critical role in driving cybersecurity risk mitigation at scale.
The Principal is a highly technical, product-minded leader—experienced in tackling complex, ambiguous problems on a variety of cybersecurity topics and translating them into clear direction and outcomes. They will set and communicate the security engineering strategy, define the technical roadmap, and partner closely with product and technology teams to ensure secure-by-design delivery.
