Senior IT Security Operations Manager

Drive security excellence at Confluence as a Senior IT Security Operations Manager in Montreal. This role focuses on hands-on infrastructure security and vulnerability management.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in IT infrastructure administration, particularly with security challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational security of Windows Server and Linux environments

• Own and execute vulnerability remediation processes

• Improve security practices and patch management cycles

• Handle certificate lifecycle and PKI management

• Collaborate with PAM and logging platforms such as Splunk

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in IT infrastructure roles

• Strong skills in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS)

• Proficient in Power Shell and automation scripting

• Experience with PAM and Cloudflare security tools

• Familiarity with security monitoring systems
