Position: PAM Solution Support Engineer - Scotiabank
Become a PAM Solution Support Engineer at Scotiabank in Toronto, Ontario, and ensure robust Privileged Access Management solutions across enterprise environments. Engage in health monitoring, upgrades, and advisory services while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In this role, you'll focus on the deployment and maintenance of PAM applications in both Pre-PROD and PROD environments. Utilizing your 3–5 years of experience in PAM or security solutions, you will perform regular health checks, version upgrades, and also develop Power Shell and SQL scripts for automation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you lead service improvement activities and optimize platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PAM application environments in Pre-PROD and PROD

• Monitor application health and resolve issues proactively

• Upgrade application versions and perform testing

• Develop automation scripts for system integration

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and configurations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of PAM or security solutions experience

• Hands-on Cyber Ark components experience

• Understanding of Windows and Linux environments

• Familiarity with Active Directory and scripting

• Cyber Ark certifications are a plus
