• Lead the development and management of the core UI framework and design systems utilized by various internal product teams to ensure consistency and quality.
• Supervise the implementation of globalization and localization frameworks, enabling our products to cater effectively to international users across different regions.
• Guarantee that all components of the platform comply with stringent WCAG accessibility standards, making our products usable for individuals with disabilities.
• Formulate and execute the strategy for enhancing the performance and scalability of the user experience infrastructure, ensuring that it can handle increased demand and complexity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align product goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct regular assessments of user feedback and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product management, UI frameworks, and accessibility to ensure that Okta remains a leader in user experience.

• Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly with platform or infrastructure products, showcasing a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of UI frameworks and design system architecture, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• Proven capability to navigate and manage intricate technical requirements related to accessibility and internationalization, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise innovative solutions.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment, promoting flexibility and responsiveness in product development.

• Knowledge of modern web technologies and programming languages, which can aid in understanding technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

• Proficiency in UI Frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Design Systems and tools like Figma or Sketch for creating and maintaining design assets.
• Familiarity with Globalization and Localization frameworks to support diverse user bases.
• Strong understanding of WCAG Accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
