This pivotal role focuses on operational resiliency within BMO's Engineering & Platforms division. You will partner closely with the Chief Information Officer to oversee resiliency practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. Your responsibilities include analyzing incidents and executing remediation plans, making a significant impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational resiliency roadmaps for the CIO portfolio

• Analyze Problem Records and Incident data for root causes

• Track and execute remediation plans for resilience

• Prepare insight-driven presentations for senior leadership

• Foster relationships across engineering and compliance teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT operations or resiliency management

• Experience with senior technology leadership

• Background in vulnerability management and IT risk

• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks

• Proficient in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
