About the role Agoda is seeking an individual contributor to join the Supply Analytics team and drive data-backed decision-making for our global travel marketplace. You will report to a Senior Manager or Associate Director, focusing on optimizing supply ecosystem performance through modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

• Convert business briefs into analytical projects by refining objectives and developing hypotheses.
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Identify and execute initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and supply chain health.
• Scale data intelligence across the Supply department.
• Automate manual workflows and report on operational time savings.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• 2-5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, strategy, or business intelligence.
• Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or finance.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong command of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical modeling techniques like regression and random forest.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week to coordinate with the Bangkok office and regional partners.
• Experience managing stakeholders and presenting to executive teams.

• MBA or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Professional certifications in program management such as PMI or PRINCE

• Previous work experience in the travel, e-commerce, tech, or consulting sectors.
• Familiarity with the Asian market.
