What you'll spend your day doing:
Website Updates and Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day website updates, including clinician profiles, clinic information, hours, services, closures, and booking details.
- Review the website regularly toidentifyoutdated, missing, or inconsistent information.
- Maintain key website documentation and support quality assurance following updates.
Content and SEO
- Write, edit, coordinate, and publish website content in collaboration with teams across the organization.
- Support the development and maintenance of service pages, location content, landing pages, and other website resources.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve search visibility and user experience.
- Identify content gaps and recommend improvements to website structure, navigation, andthe customer journey.
- Monitor SEO and website performance and use insights to inform content improvements.
Reporting, Analytics and Website Tracking
- Pull and interpret website performance data from GA4, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
- Build andmaintainrecurring reports and help improve reporting workflows.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, form submissions, booking actions, and conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, clinical teams, and subject matter expertson website and content initiatives.
- Maintain clear documentation for website processes, content standards, and recurring tasks.
- Support broader digital projects, campaigns, and website improvements as needed.
What You Bring
- 1-3years of experience in website content, digital marketing, SEO, communications, ora related field.
- Experience managing and publishing content through a content management system.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content-organization skills.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, or similar tools to review website performance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across different teams.
- A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and digital processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, a multi-location organization, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manageror Looker Studio
- French-languageproficiencyand experience translating or adapting digital content are considered an asset.
