Position: Senior Data Scientist at Sun Life

You will report to the Director of Data Science, playing a key role within the Data and Analytics COE. Collaborate with business units, applying advanced analytics techniques to deliver valuable insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into analytical challenges

• Develop ML/data science products, including GenAI applications

• Execute feature engineering, model training and evaluation

• Design and implement GenAI solutions for complex problems

• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and present recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

• 5+ years in data science techniques and applications

• Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation

• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts

• Communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
