Manager of Technology & Service Delivery

In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will oversee enterprise applications and Microsoft technologies while enhancing service delivery in partnership with managed service providers. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise applications and cloud platforms

• Manage relationships with service partners and vendors

• Oversee operational security and system configuration

• Facilitate technology upgrades and documentation

• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

• Minimum three years in enterprise technology operations

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments and cloud systems

• Proven user access and security role management skills

• Microsoft certifications:
Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator
