Drive Agile project success at Scotiabank as a Senior Delivery Lead in Toronto. Lead a scrum team ensuring effective software product delivery within Global Wealth Management.
In this pivotal role, you will function as both Scrum Master and Delivery Manager. Your focus will be on implementing Agile methodologies, managing the project lifecycle, and maintaining team productivity. Engage with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, while addressing team impediments and facilitating communication to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile scrum team through project delivery phases

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience delivering complex software projects
