Mercor is on the hunt for seasoned IT consulting professionals to develop evaluation frameworks in the fast-paced environment of Fortune 500 companies. In this senior role, you'll construct complex consulting scenarios and create reference outputs that reflect the insights of senior leaders in technology engagements. Your expertise will guide high-stakes consulting tasks across various domains, including digital transformation and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct multi-million dollar consulting scenarios and committees
• Build tasks for F500 digital strategy and IT advisory
• Develop scenarios using tools like Jira, Service Now, and Salesforce
• Apply Agile methodologies and produce executive deliverables
• Author rubrics for assessing enterprise consulting judgment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT consulting or systems integration
• Ownership of F500 client engagements or transformation initiatives
• Fluency in consulting methodologies and delivery tooling
• Understanding of F500 budgeting and procurement processes
• Experience in content authorship is a plus
